| 1. | This permission expires on 31st January 2014 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The use of the premises shall take place in accordance with the details shown on the application forms, plans and accompanying statement received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th November 2011.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Not more than eight children and up to two members of part time staff shall be on the premises on any day in connection with with use hereby permitted.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect the residential amenities of the occupiers of neighbouring property in accordance with policies HOU19 and EMP18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.

| 4. | The use hereby shall only be carried on between the following toimes 07.30 to 18.00hrs Monday to Friday and shall not be operated on Saturdays and Sundays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to ensure the use hereby permitted does not adversely effect the amenities of the nearby residential properties. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of Policy EMP18 and HOU19 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
