| 1. | As and when the solar panels cease to be operational, the use hereby permitted shall cease on the site and all structures, materials and equipment constructed or brought on to the land in connection with the use shall be removed within 3 months of the cessation. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the full restoration of the site when the permitted operation ceases. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy BNV18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
