1.	The proposal to vary the requirements of condition 5 of planning permission 06/07/0062/D in order to retain the former mobile home (to be used for storage) that was previously granted a temporary permission on the basis that the new bungalow, Breckland Lodge, would replace the existing mobile home used as a unit of living accommodation on the site and this proposal is considered contrary to the aims of the condition which required the removal of the unit. Moreover the retention of the former mobile home in the current condition in a prominent location on the edge of open countryside is considered detrimental to the visual amenities of the area and the outlook of nearby occupiers. The proposal is therefore considered contrary to the aims of Policies NNV2 and NNV5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan which seek to safeguard the varied character and features of the landscape within and adjoining the Plan area.
