| 1. | Within 8 weeks of the date of this permission (by 25th February 2012) all works to the road, including drainage, shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
for the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the road surface is finished to a satisfactory standard. |
| 2. | The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans numbered 438/1 Rev G as submitted on and dated 21st December 2011.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No additional dwellings shall be constructed or occupied on plots 3 & 4 until the road surface has been completed to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure there are satisfactory amenities for existing occupants. |
| 4. | Each course/layer of the roadway surface hereby approved shall be made available for inspection by a representative of the Local Planning Authority prior to the next layer being laid down.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the satisfactory drainage and construction of the roadway. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy HOU7 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan |

Any future owners of the land or properties will be liable to complete the road works to an approved standard which are to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. |
