1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details shown on the application form and Design and Access Statement received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd September 2011 together with the revised drawings SJK050911/3 received by the Local Planning Authority 25th November 2011 (showing the provision of render to the southern elevation of the extension and reducing the overall internal width of 1.8 metres). The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the permission relates to the correct documents.
3.The extension hereby permitted into the former bar area shall only be used for the positioning of prize machines and no gambling machines shall be sited or other uses take place within the area shown as the Family Prize/display cabinets up to the pool tables the approved drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd September 2011. The reason for the condition is :- to ensure compliance with Policy TR9 of the GreaT Yarmouth borough-Wide Local Plan and to ensure the use of the extension takes place in the maner contemplated by the Local Planning authority on the grant of this permission.
4.Prior to the extension hereby permitted first being bought into use the area of render shown on the southern elevation of the extension on drawing SJK050911/3 hereby permitted shall be completed in accordance with the approved details and thereafter maintained in the condition as approved. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of the nearby resident property.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The application meets the criteria for extensions to existing amusement arcades in prime holiday parks set out in Policy TR9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
