1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details shown on the application form, plans and Design and Access Statement received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th August 2011. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the permission relates to the correct documents.
3.The extension hereby permitted shall only be used for the positioning of prize machines and no gambling machines shall be sited or other uses take place within the area shown as the Family Prize Entertainment Room on the approved drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th August 2011. The reason for the condition is :- to ensure compliance with Policy TR9 of the GreaT Yarmouth borough-Wide Local Plan and to ensure the use of the extension takes place in the maner contemplated by the Local Planning authority on the grant of this permission.
4.This permission in so far as it relates the food outlet on the forecourt expires on 30th September 2016 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the food outlet shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The application meets the criteria for extensions to existing amusement arcades in prime holiday parks set out in Policy TR9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
6.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded that any advertisements displaced from the facsia of the existing building should be re-sited in accordance with an application for express consent under the Town and Country Planning Control of Advertisement Regulations.
