| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | No development shall take place until full details of all new timber joinery, and the glass fire screen to be erected at the head of the stairs, together with details of all new and any adjustments to existing features in the form or 1:20 & 1:% drawings, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. This condition shall apply notwithstanding the submitted plans. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure design details and techniques are compatible with the appearance of the listed building. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and in particular, policy BNV5. |
