| 1. | Insufficient information has been received by the local planning authority to adequately assess the merits of the scheme. In particular, in the absence of information relating to the exact amount of the roadway to be surfaced, the materials to be used or any drainage details it is not possible to assess the impact of the development on the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 2. | Therefore for the reason given above the proposed variation of condition is considered to be contrary to the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, criteria C & E of policy HOU7. |
