| 1. | The village hall shall not be used outside the hours of 09.00 to midnight Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 22:30 on Sundays for events which includes the use of music. The reason for the condition is :- In the imterests of the amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal subject to the above condition is considered an acceptable use in conjunction with Policy EDC5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
