1.This permission expires on 28th June 2014 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use of the premises shall be discontinued and shall revert to Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interests of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development hereby permitted shall relate to Barn No. 1 and Barn No. 2 indicated on the plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th May 2011. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted sufficient space shall be provided within the site to enable car parking facilities to be provided to accord with the standards of the Local Planning Authority. This area shall be levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with a detailed scheme submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with the Highway Authority, and thereafter available for that specific use. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety.
4.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted a scheme of cycle parking in accordance with the adopted standards of the Local Planning Authority shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented and retained thereafter for this purpose. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of adequate cycle parking.
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007, no advertisement shall be displayed on the site without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for the provision of new local shopping facilities to meet short term need as set out in Policy SHP9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
