| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plan (Drawing No. 1517:6A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 15th April 2011, and in accordance with plan (Drawing No. 1512:2 of Planning Permission No. 06/10/0241/F) received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th May 2010. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the approved plans. |
| 2. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- Attention is drawn to the need for compliance with Condition Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and the informative note on Coastal Erosion Risk of Planning Permission No. 06/09/0011/F dated 5th March 2009. In respect of Condition Nos. 6 and 7 Drawing No 1517:2 is substituted for Drawing No. 1477:5A. |
