| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions and other details as set out in the letter from the Department of Communities and Local Government dated 27th October 2011. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the Grade II* Listed Building. |
