| 1. | This permission expires on 20th April 2021 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the stables shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development which is of a type which might become detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality.

| 2. | No access shall be gained to the site direct from the B1159 Cromer Road.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety.

| 3. | The stables hereby permitted shall not be used for the letting out of horses for hire, or as a riding school or similar establishment, but solely for the keeping of horses at livery.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to safeguard the amenity and character of the area, and in the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The Borough Council considers that the proposal would not have a significant adverse effect on the essential open character of the area or the setting of settlements contrary to Policies NNV3 and NNV5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
