| 1. | The premises shall be used for casino use only and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class Sui Generis of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivaent to that class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification). The reason for the condition is :- To enable the local planning authority to retain control over any future changes of use of the application site in the interests of local amenities. |
| 2. | The change of use hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application forms, plans received by the local planning authority on3rd March 2011, and any other documentation submitted in support of the application unless submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. | 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policies TR2 & TR8. |
