| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr J Harmer. The reason for this condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |

| 3. | Customer access to the studio shall be by the passageway at the rear of the premises only and the door to the garden shall remain closed at all times when the studio is in use.
