| 2. | The flue hereby permitted shall be painted matt black and shall remain so in perpetuity unless otherwise submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policies BNV5, BNV7, BNV10 & BNV18. |
