| 1. | The storage sheds hereby permitted may be placed on the beach during the period from 1st April or Easter, whichever is the earlier, to 31st October in any year. The reason for the condition is :- In order to protect users of the beach in times of possible high tides and flooding of the beach area. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policy TR21 as the development is for a tourism related purpose. |
