1.	The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, plans and Design and Access Statement received on 14th January 2011 and in accordance with the conditions in the letter from Communities and Local Government Office dated 22nd June 2011 (Received 28th June 2011 Ref: NPCU/LBC/U2615/68809). The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the historic importance of the Town Hall is maintained.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and in particular, policies BNV5, BNV10 & BNV15.
