| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr & Mrs Garner and when the dwelling ceases to be occupied by them the use shall cease. The reason for this condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) no further buildings or other enclosures shall be erected within the curtilage of the dwelling without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority . The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal conforms with the aims of Policy HOU19 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
