| 1. | This permission expires on 31st May 2015 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the condenser units shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the installation which is to be used in conjunction with a building with the benefit of a temporary planning permission and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential properties. |
| 2. | The condensers to be installed shall be maintained in accordance with the manufactures specification in respect of noise output and shall not exceed the noise levels referred to in the accoustic statement received by the Local Planning Authority on 7th Decemeber 2010. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy BNV18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
