| 1. | The use hereby permitted expires on 8th February 2012. All structures shall be removed after this date and the land returned to its former use as public highway.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the area. |
| 2. | The use of the development hereby permitted shall occur only between 08:00 hours and 21:00 hours. All furniture and barriers shall be removed from the public highway and stored securely when not in use.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the amenities of local residents and businesses and to prevent an increase in anti-social behaviour. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the provisions of the GReat Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policy TR21 as the proposal is for tourist use on a temporary basis. |
