1.	This is a retrospective application for works that have been undertaken which do not accord with the surface dressing materials agreed under condition No.6 of planning permission 06/06/0609/F and Condition 4 of planning permission 06/07/0504/F. Having considered the application, the local planning authority is not persuaded that the surface finish is sufficiently robust surface to provide a vehicular access of durability and longevity to provide for the increase in the number of properties served by the roadway. These works were identified as necessary when the original planning permissions were granted and the subsequent details agreed, in order to provide an adequate vehicular access to serve the new residential development in order to comply with the requirements of Policy HOU7(C) and HOU15 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
