1.	The use hereby permitted shall cease, all materials and equipment brought onto the site in connection with the use shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31st December 2015 unless an application for the extension of the period of permission is approved prior to the above date. The reason for the condition is :- In order to maintain control over the use of the site and to ensure that the building does not become visually unacceptable by virtue of its construction of short-lived materials.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policy EMP8.
