1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the application forms, Design and Access Statement and drawings 583 - 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, and 5/5 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd September 2010. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the commencement of any work on the extension hereby permitted a detailled scheme shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority so as to provide sound insulation against internally generated noise, such a scheme shall provide for any works required to the existing meeting room also and works in accordance with the scheme as approved shall be completed prior to the extension hereby permitted first being brought into use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the operation of the new facility does not adversely affect the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential property.
4.Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted a detailed tree planting scheme shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within three months of the approval. Any trees so planted which dies within 5 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicants or their successors in title. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal is considered to meets the requirements of Policy REC5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan with respect to the provision of improved facilities in the recreation area subject to the conditions referred to above.
