| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the time limits set out in planning permission 06/09/0753/F, Drawing No.RR/61/05 omitting the roof terrace approved under 06/09/0753/F and the conditions thereon apart from those removed or varied by this grant of permission. | 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal, subject to the above conditions, meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough wide Local Plan 2001 and in particular policies TR22 and BNV18. |
