| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | No demolition works shall commence until a contract is made for the proposed development granted planning permission under Ref. No. 06/10/0453/O or any variation of that consent or subsequent planning permission that may be granted, and details of the contract have been submitted for the agreement of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that premature demolition does not take place to the detriment of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal satisfies the requirements of Policy BNV9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
