1.This permission expires on 31st August 2011 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and all items associated with the use shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details contained in the application forms, Design and Access Statement, and plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th July 2010, together with the details contained in the applicant's letter dated 17th August 2010. 5.Within one month of the date of this permission precise details of the type, size and extent of the hedging to be planted on the boundary of the site shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of the hedge shall be completed in the next planting season (2010 to 2011) and any planting which dies or becomes seriously diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
6.Not more than ten items of plant or machinery as specified in the applicant's letter dated 17th August 2010 shall be stored on the site at any time. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy EMP16 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan for the provision of an employment use for a temporary period.
