1. | This permission expires on 31st August 2011 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and all items associated with the use shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details contained in the application forms, Design and Access Statement, and plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th July 2010, together with the details contained in the applicant's letter dated 17th August 2010.

3. | Agregates delivered to the site shall only be delivered to the site shall only be stored in the aggregate bays indicated on the approved drawing and the operation of the site shall accord with the details set out in the applicant's letter dated 17th August 2010, unless othersie agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

4. | The existing trees adjoining the boundary of the site shall not be felled or lopped in any way without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

The existing trees represent an important visual amenity which the Local Planning Authority consider should be substantially maintained. |
5. | Within one month of the date of this permission precise details of the type, size and extent of the hedging to be planted on the boundary of the site shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of the hedge shall be completed in the next planting season (2010 to 2011) and any planting which dies or becomes seriously diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season.

6. | Not more than ten items of plant or machinery as specified in the applicant's letter dated 17th August 2010 shall be stored on the site at any time.

7. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of Policy EMP16 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan for the provision of an employment use for a temporary period. |
