No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.No business or commercial activity shall be carried on, within, or from the garage and studio hereby approved. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
3.No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon the highway boundary and no gate, door or window shall open outwards over highway land. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent obstruction of the public highway in the interests of highway safety.
4.Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A of Schedule 2, Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, (or any Order revoking, amending or re-enacting that Order) no gates shall be erected across the access unless details have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for the erection of new buildings set out in Policies BNV10 and BNV16 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
