| 1. | Not more than a total of 60 lodges permitted under planning permissions 06/00/0360/F and 06/07/0755/F shall be occupied before the off-site works and improved access, permitted under 06/00/0360/F have been completed to the written satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the highway authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the highway network is adequate to cater for the development. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal is considered to comply with the aims of Policy TR4, TR7 and TCM13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in bringing forward the tourism related development and the necessary highway improvements required by the development. |
