1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.No part of the proposed structure shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the public highway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
3.The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with all plans, forms and details as submitted on 25th February 2010. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development within the Conservation Area and on the Listed Buildings.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular policies BNV5, BNV7 and BNV10 as it is for the improvement of the appearance of the listed buildings within the Camperdown Conservation Area.
