| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Cars for sale shall only be parked within the area shown as "Proposed car sales area" on drawing ref: 2259.01 received by the Local Planning Authority on 9th March 2010. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of highway safety and to prevent obstruction of the existing right of way adjoining the site. |
| 3. | No car repairs or maintenance shall take place at the premises hereby approved. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal complies with Policy SHP6 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
