1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.No development shall take place until precise details, including location and manufacturers specifications, have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority. In addition any extraction unit installed must not give rise to any noise or odour nuisance to neighbouring properties. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that any extraction equipment installed does not affect the apperanace of the Conservation Area and will not affect the amenities of adjacent occupiers.
3.No construction development shall take place outside the following hours: Monday to Friday 07.30 to 18.00 Saturday 08.00 to 13.00 Other hours including Sundays and Bank Holidays, no work producing audible noise at the nearest noise sensitive property. The reason for the condition is :- In order to protect the existing amenities of nearby properties.
4.The disabled toilets and corridor to be provided within the development hereby approved shall meet current Disabled Access requirements. The reason for the condition is :- In order to enable disabled customers to utilise the building comfortably.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and. in particular, policy sHP14 as it is for the prvisiosn of a restaurant in a prime holiday and shopping area.
6.NOTES - Please read the following Environmental Health notes carefully:- The applicant must adhere to current food hygiene legislation to ensure compliance, which will include hand wash facilities, lighting and ventilation among others. A restaurant providing 50 seats or less will require 1 male WC with wash hand basin and a female WC with wash hand basin and seperate staff WC and wash hand basin. The business must register with the Food Team as a new business.
