1.	Within one month of the date of this permission details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority of the type and colour of staining to treat the all the close boarded fencing and works in accordance with the agreed details shall be completed within two months of this approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
