| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr W Avis and the consent shall not enure for the benefit of the land nor any other person for the time being having an interest therein. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any future development of the site in the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring residential properties. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall only take place in the former garage and no cycles or parts shall be stored outside and works shall only be carried out on unpowered cycles. The reason for the condition is :- in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of policy EMP19 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough wide Local Plan. |
