| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The canopies/adverting awnings hereby permitted shall be retractable and shall not be left open when the kiosks are closed. The reason for the condition is :- In order to maintain the appearance of the Conservaiton Area. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, inparticular, policies BNV22 and BNV25. |
| 4. | Advisory note:- The permsission hereby granted relates solely to the canopies and not to the use of any area underneath. Any use of the area underneath the canopy will require separate written permission from the Local Planning Authority. |
