1.	The proposed hoarding would constitute an unduly obtrusive feature in this open location in the street scene close to the centre of the village and would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality together with the adverse impact on the setting of the Grade II* Listed Church opposite the site. Also given the proposed hoarding being adjacent to the traffic light control junction would give rise to conditions detrimental to highway safety. The approval for the display of the advertisement would be contrary to Policies BNV22 and BNV25 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
