1.	The Local Planning Authority consider the development does not accord with the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan, as insufficient information has been submitted to allow an adequate assessment to be made that the alterations proposed to the Grade II Listed Building comply with the requirements of paragraph 3.3 and 3.4 of Planning Policy Guidance 15: Planning and the Historic Environment. Notwithstanding the above the proposal is also considered contrary to policies BNV5 and BNV6 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan due to lack of information relating to the impact of the proposal on the listed building, with particular reference to fire proofing methods of walls, floors and ceilings and the effect this would have on the historic fabric of the property.
