1.	Crab Apple Barn shall only be occupied by the owner(s)/or manager of the Lower Wood Farm holiday cottages and dependants of such a person residing with him or her. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies outside any area in which the Local Plannng Authority would normally permit residential development and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for a dwelling on this site.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies TR2 and TR17 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
