1.	Given the refusal of the full application for the erection of 6 flats (ref:06/09/0311/F), it is considered that the demolition of the single storey lean to buildings would be premature, until such time as a suitable scheme has been accepted. Notwithstanding this the removal of the existing buildings would have an adverse impact on the fabric of the adjoining Grade II Listed Building as it would necessitate the removal of secure joints without an suitable replacement being in place to protect the building. Therefore the proposed demolition of the single storey lean to buildings is contrary to the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policies BNV5, BNV10 and BNV15.
