| 1. | The rate of surface water discharge from the site shall not exceed the details set out in the letter dated 27th May 2009 from Anglian Water Services Ltd and the system shall thereafter be maintained to ensure the stated discharge rate is not exceeded. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the sewer system is not overloaded. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposals meet the criteria for new housing development set out in Policies HOU7 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan |
