No.Condition Text
.The proposal does not accord with the provisions of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan as the site lies outside the defined development limit for Scratby and the dwellings are not connected with agriculture, forestry, organised recreation or the expansion of existing institutions. In this case, the evidence that has been put forward in support of the application does not warrant a departure from national and local policies designed to protect the countryside from unnecessary development.
.The development would be outside any established settlement and would represent an unwarranted intrusion into open countryside detrimental to the character and visual amenities of the area.
.The living conditions of the occupants of the existing dwellings adjacent to the narrow access track are likely to be adversely affected by loss of privacy and the noise and general disturbance of vehicles and pedestrians passing close by. Furthermore, the relatively long access track would result in undue difficulty and inconvenience in accessing and servicing of the proposed dwellings.
.For the reasons given above the proposal is considered to be contrary to Policies HOU10, HOU15, NNV3 and NNV5 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
