| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Prior to the garage hereby permitted being first brought into use the proposed driveway/parking area shall be constructed in accordance with the details shown on Drawing No. 45/001P/01 and shall not thereafter be used for any other purpose than as a means of access and the parking of vehicles.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure satisfactory access into the site and to provide for the parking of vehicles off the highway. |
| 3. | The proposed driveway/parking area shall be constructed with adequate drainage measures to prevent surface water run-off onto the adjacent public highway.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent extraneous material being deposited on the highway. |
| 4. | No part of the proposed works shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the public footway.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety. |
| 5. | The garage hereby permitted shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.

| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
