| 1. | The former broiler house shall not be used for any purpose other than for domestic storage in connection with the dwelling known as Willow Tree Farm.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the building in the interests of local amenities and highway safety. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr and Mrs H Muttitt and shall only be for the period during which they are occupying Willow Tree Farm.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the use of the building in the interests the amenities of the locality.

| 3. | When Willow Tree Farm ceases to be occupied by Mr and Mrs H Muttitt, the use hereby permitted shall cease and the former broiler house shall, within three months of the date of cessation of use, be demolished and the waste materials removed from the site, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The Borough Council considers that the retention of the former broiler house for domestic purposes constitutes a beneficial use of the building in meeting a personal need. |
