| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | No climbing plants shall be planted along the trellis hereby permitted. The trellis shall remain free of permanent plants in perpetuity. The reason for the condition is :- In order to maintain the light to adjacent properties. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policies BNV7, BNV10 and TR13 |
| 4. | The applicants attention is drawn to the following advisory note:- It is the sole responsibilty of the the owners of 28-30 Camperdown to maintain the trellis and keep it safe for the lifetime of the trellis. Should it become unstable or dangerous at any time it should be removed. This applies for the lifeltime of the trellis regardless of who owns the property. |
