1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policies BNV22 and BNV25.
3.This permission relates only to the signs located on the building. It does not grant permission to display and A-Board on the public highway which is dealt with seperately below. REFUSAL OF CONSENT TO DISPLAY ADVERTISEMENTS Display of A-Board on public highway PArt 2 - The Great Yarmouth Borough council hereby give notice in pursuance of the above mentioned Regulations that consent has been refused for the display of the advertisement reffered to in Part 1 hereof for the following reasons:- The siting of the A-Board on the public highway would create a danger to other users of the highway particularly people with visual and physical disabilities and could prejudice the safe and free flow of pedestrian traffic in this location.
