Insufficient information has been provided to indicate that appropriate on-site car parking and servicing provision, including space for the standing of refuse bins, can satisfactorily be achieved or, in respect of the potential loss of an existing facility within the village, that reasonable attempts have been made to sell or let the premises for continued operation in its existing or last use. Consequently, the proposal does not meet the requirements of Policies HOU15 and SHP7 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
