1.	This permission relates solely to the revised siting and design of the proposed scout building shown on the site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 24th April 2009 and Drawing No. 2008.1211.01 respectively. Development shall be carried out in conjunction with planning permission Ref. No. 06/06/0317/F dated 22nd December 2006, subject to the conditions imposed thereon. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The Borough Council considers that the proposal is consistent with Policy REC11 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan in that the provision of a scout building positively contributes to the community.
