| 1. | This permission expires on 6th April 2012 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the structures shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and so that the development does not prejudice any long term regeneration of the area proposed in the Area Action Plan. |
| 2. | The mobile food sales unit shall only be used for the sale of cold food and drink.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the unit. |
| 3. | No part of the proposed structures shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no door shall open outwards over the public footway.

To prevent obstruction of the public highway in the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | The mobile food unit shall be positioned within the curtilage of the site, clear of highway land, and there shall be no trading direct to the public highway.

| 5. | The flood evacuation plan received on 18th March 2009, shall be made available to all users and future occupiers of the site.

| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policies TR5 and TR7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
