1.	No demolition work shall commence until a contract for the supply of the sectional building approved under reference 06/08/0819/f and details of the completed contract have been submitted for agreement of the local planning authority and the construction of the building carried out within one month of the completion of demolition works unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the satisfactory development and appearance of the site within the Conservation Area.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular, policies BNV9 and BNV10
