1.	This permission expires on 28 February 2014 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the advertisement hoardings shall be removed form the site. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the local planning authority to retain control over the hoardings in the interests of the visual amenities of the area and because the hoardings have been permitted only to screen the temporary car park the use of which expires on 30th November 2013.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for advertisements as set out in Policy BNV22 of the adopted Great Yarmouth borough Wide Local Plan.
